Police Sends Ahmad Dhani's Case to the Attorney General's Office

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Metro South Jakarta Police Investigate delivers the second phase of the file of the examination (BAP) of the singer Ahmad Dhani to the South Jakarta District Court regarding the alleged criminal act of hate speech and sedition.

"Delegated on Monday (12/32018)," said Head of South Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation Unit Adjunct Senior Commissioner of Police Bismo Teguh in Jakarta Monday (12/3/2018).

South Jakarta Metro Police Investigator submitted the BAP, suspect and evidence documents to the prosecutor's office which has declared the case of Ahmad Dhani complete (P21).

After receiving the second phase, South Jakarta Prosecutors (Prosecutors) will hand Ahmad Dhani's file to the South Jakarta District Court to schedule the trial.

Previously, Head of South Jakarta Special Criminal Section Dedying stated that Ahmad Dhani case file has been complete since February 12, 2018.

A resident of Jack Lapian reported Dhani who wrote a status that was supposedly inciting and spreading hatred through my twitter "@AHMADDHANIPRAST" on March 6, 2017.

Jack Lapian reported Dhani to Polda Metro Jaya based on Police Report No. LP / 1192 / III / 2017 / PMJ / Dit Reskrimsus with the bondage of Article 28 paragraph 2 juncto Article 45 paragraph 2 Law RI Number 19 Year 2016 on Transaction and Electronic Information (ITE).

Polda Metro Jaya however delegated the investigation report to South Jakarta Metro Police.
