57% of Net Profit of 2017 Will be Dividend Tower Facilities

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The management of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) plans to distribute dividends for the fiscal year 2017 totaling Rp1.2 trillion. It reached about 57.14% of the company's total net profit of 2017 reached Rp2.1 trillion.
Although the company will continue to expand its business, both organically and inorganically, the company's management remains determined to pay dividends of up to 57 percent of the 2017 net profit, said Adam Gifari, Vice President Director of TOWR, in Jakarta, new recently.
Therefore, Adam, the management of the company will seek approval of the dividend distribution in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) scheduled to be held in Bali Room, Kempinski Hotel, Central Jakarta, on April 30, 2018.
In addition to the organic expansion, the company's management has expanded its business inorganic through its subsidiary Protelindo, which recently acquired PT Komet Infranusantara, a subsidiary of PT Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (META).
The inorganic expansion is aimed to boost the number of telecommunication towers tenants operated by the company to achieve the target of 4,000 tenants. Meanwhile, one of the company's business strategies this year is to conduct operational efficiency and financial efficiency of the company. (Abraham Sihombing)
