Applicator Company will be a Transport Service Company

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi said that he will try to accommodate the aspirations related to PM 108 year 2017 on the Implementation of People Transportation with Motor Vehicle General Not in Route.

One of the discussions is that the existence of cooperatives and business entities that bridge between drivers and applicator companies should not exist. The result is that the applicator company will be used as a freight service company.

"PM 108/2017 we also see, we will endeavor to accommodate the aspirations that existence rather than cooperative or business entity that should not exist. And the applicator is also a transport company for the control to go well. This we will discuss with applicators. God willing we have a common ground," said Minister of Transportation.

Further KSP Head Moeldoko said he had discussions with the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Communications and Informatics because in these two Ministries there is authority.

"We have agreed that the applicator will be used as transportation Service Company. Besides he is an applicator. Later the line is from the driver directly to the applicator. He has agreed and we will follow up. Furthermore for the sustainability of PM 108/2017, while because there are improvements here and there will be adjusted its enforcement," added Moeldoko.
