The KPK also rejected Setnov's appeal to become a "justice collaborator" (JC) and requested that the judge revoke the right of Setnov to hold public office for 5 years after completing his scan.

Setnov also denied being the most beneficiary party of receiving money through his nephew Irvanto Hendra Pambudi Cahyo and his fellow entrepreneur Made Oka Masagung.

He also denied influencing the Ministry of Interior officials in the KTP-e project.

He also denied preparing Rp20 billion to avoid KPK investigation.
