PT PP For Cash Dividend Rp290 Billion

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT PP Tbk will distribute cash dividends to shareholders amounting to Rp290 billion or 20 percent of net profit of Rp1.45 trillion in 2017.

Finance Director of PT PP Tbk Agus Purbianto said the dividend payout rate holder is approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

"The dividend distribution is equivalent to Rp46, 866 per share for the fiscal year 2017," he said in Jakarta, Thursday (26/4/2018).

According to him, this dividend payout rate provides a great space for financial flexibility for PTPP to fund from infrastructure projects to corporate investment in Indonesia as well as to strengthen the capital structure.

"Thus, the net income attributable to the owners of the parent entity amounted to Rp1.45 trillion in 2017. Reserve of Rp1.16 trillion for the strengthening of the company's equity," he said.
