INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT) officially operates Koja Container Terminal (TPK) Koja. The northern pier has an area of 720 meters, in an effort to improve JICT's customer service.
"Previously TPK Koja operated a 300 meter long north jetty. In order for more optimal service starting Sunday (6/8), TPK Koja operates all the docks along 720 meters, "said Vice President Director of PT JICT Riza Erivan yesterday.
Riza asserts, PT JICT continues to commit to provide efficient container loading and unloading services to support the improvement of the national economy. The Company will also run every discipline in accordance with good corporate governance and good corporate governance.
"The cooperation between JICT and KSO TPK Koja is necessary considering the productivity uncertainty in the JICT terminal in a long time span," he said.
General Manager of KKK TPK Koja, Ade Hartono explained, it is ready to support the smoothness of loading and unloading activities in Tanjung Priok port, in this case at JICT terminal. Through this partnership, KSO TPK Koja also ensures that the service to every service user / customer will be done in accordance with applicable service standards.
"We are also ready to ensure the smooth flow of goods and containers as well as services for service users in the Port of Tanjung Priok area for economic activities to run normally," he said.
On this occasion, the JICT Board of Directors appealed and expected JICT workers to re-work and establish JICT as a strategic national asset in the port sector.
