11 Peoples Killed In Surabaya Three Churches Bomb Incident

INDUSTRY.co.id - Surabaya - East Java Police said the temporary victims of bomb attacks in three churches in Surabaya on Sunday (13/05/2018) amounted to 11 people.

"A total of 11 victims died there are eight victims who have not been identified because of the crime scene and identification," said Head of Public Relations East Java Regent Police High Commisioner Frans Barung Mangera in East Java Police Headquarters.

Barung explains, one person who was bombed victims treated in Surabaya Surgery Hospital passed away.

"Those who died added one in RS Surgery and one RSUD Dr Soetomo, so the number is 11 and there are 41 people treated," Barung told the media crew.

To identify the victim's name, age and gender both at the scene of the case (TKP) and RS, Barung can not deliver it until the arrival of National Police Chief Gen. Tito Karnavian in East Java Police Headquarters.

"Strict security throughout the church There is no delay in worship," he said.

Barung explains, the bomb exploded in the Immaculate Santa Maria Catholic Church at Ngagel Street at 6:30.

The bomb exploded in the Indonesian Christian Church (GKI) at Jalan Diponegoro at 07.15 and at Pentecost Church on Arjuno Street at 07.53.

"We have found several unexploded bombs, one bomb on Diponegoro road and two unexploded active bombs on Jalan Arjuno, which are currently disidented by officers," Barung said.
