INDUSTRY.co.id - Surabaya - East Java Regional Police stated that until Wednesday (05/16/2018) no family has acknowledged the bodies of the 13 perpetrators of terror acts in Surabaya and Sidoarjo.

"Until the third day, there is no family or relatives who want to recognize the bodies concerned," said Head of Public Relations Polda Jatim Kombes Pol Frans Barung Mangera in Surabaya, Wednesday (16/05/20180

In fact, Barung said, his side has contacted the family or relatives of the corpse. One of them is the uncle of a child with the initials AIS (8), daughter of a suicide bomber suicide in Mapolrestabes Surabaya.

"This AIS uncle has come to Bhayangkara Hospital, even his uncle admits that AIS is his niece, but Uncle AIS does not want to admit that AIS's parents are his siblings so we cannot force it for DNA testing," Barung said.

For that, it asks family or brother suspected terrorist named Dita, Anton, and Tri Murtiono, immediately come to Bhayangkara Hospital to match secondary data with the corpse.

Later after a match, the body can be taken for later buried.

"This is the last announcement before the next step, whether to be buried or how," he said.

East Java Police will give a time limit of up to seven days ahead since Monday (14/5) so that family or brother suspected terrorist to immediately come to Bhayangkara Hospital.

"If until the appointed time there is no family who took the corpse, then we will submit to the local government whether to be buried by the government or what kind," he said.
