Prosecutor Demands Abdurrahman's Death Penalty. Defendant Bomb Thamrin

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Public Prosecutor (Prosecutor) demands the death sentence of the accused alleged actor of Thamrin bomb, Oman Rochman aka Aman Abdurrahman.

"Demanding the judges to drop the demands of the death penalty to the defendant Aman Abdurrahman," said Anita prosecutor during the trial of the defendant Aman Abdurrahman at the South Jakarta District Court on Friday (18/05/2018)

Aman is considered the responsible party during the terror act on Jalan Thamrin, Central Jakarta, which has hit a number of people and became the main actor of several other attacks in Indonesia.

The prosecutor also asked the judges to compensate the victims for the Safe terror attacks.

Safe is suspected to violate Article 14 juncto Article 6, subsider Article 15 juncto Article 7 of Law Number 15 Year 2003 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism with the threat of life imprisonment or death penalty.

In addition, Aman is also presumed to be Article 14 juncto Article 7 subsider Article 15 juncto Article 7 of Law Number 15/2003 on Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism with the threat of life imprisonment.

The prosecutor considers that there is no mitigation from Aman and Aman's incrimination as a recidivist.
