Bank BTN Encourages Developers to Optimize Construction Loans

In line with the target of increasing mortgage absorption, this year, Bank BTN set a target of construction credit disbursed to housing developers of Rp 25 trillion. This figure is higher than last year's achievement of Rp 21.9 trillion. As of June 2017, construction credits that have been disbursed by Bank BTN grew by 18.2% compared to the same period last year, or Rp 23.5 trillion. This figure is equivalent to 263,999 housing units. This achievement is in line with the target of Bank BTN disbursing mortgages for 666,000 housing units in 2017.

"The developers who become loyal partners of Bank BTN are expected to contribute more in achieving the target of KPR Bank BTN," said Maryono.

To motivate developers to utilize construction credits and encourage KPR disbursement, a number of strategies were developed by the BBTN-coded Bank, including increased market penetration and digital marketing. For the developers, Bank BTN provides land ownership credit with a number of privileges such as credit value is not limited but in accordance with the feasibility of land selling price, 70% of the total land purchase with a maximum land area of ​​20 Ha.
