INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, PT Mahkota Sentosa Utama (MSU) as the developer of new city development, Meikarta, rejected the lawsuit and invoice from two vendors namely EO (Event Organizer) PT Relys Trans Logistic and PT Imperia Cipta Kreasi at Commercial Court of Central Jakarta.
This was conveyed by Danang Kemayan Jati Director Lippo Group in Jakarta, Thursday (31/5). According to Danang, MSU adheres to the principle of integrity, open and professional in running its business.
"Every valid bill is always done as it should," he said.
So far, according to Danang, relationships with more than 500 suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors continue to run well.
And it regrets that there has been a vendor-related case that filed an obscure bill and did not enclose any supporting evidence.
"Therefore, MSU is conducting an audit of all bills and documentation submitted by related companies / vendors," he explained.
Danang further said, MSU has officially requested the two EO companies to provide billing documents and supporting evidence.
Unfortunately until now these documents are still not complete received. However MSU will continue to promote good faith and communications by providing additional opportunities and time to both EO to submit valid and accountable bills and supporting documents.
Meanwhile, still according to Danang, MSU has and will take legal steps to deal with rogue vendors who allegedly committed cheating, collusion and fraud.
"MSU will continue to focus on realizing new urban development in Meikarta as the center of megapolis Jakarta-Bekasi-Bandung's national development with a population of 2045 by eighty million and is now the base of almost fifty percent of national production activities," he explained.
Currently, Danang said, the construction of Meikarta continues to grow rapidly, several CBD buildings are topping off and according to the plan of the first twenty-eight buildings of nearly two hundred buildings will topping off in December 2018, and the handover of fourteen thousand residential units will done at the end of February 2019.
"MSU greatly appreciates the support that has been given by the public and tens of thousands of residential owners," said Danang.
