Capillary Technologies Strengthens Mitra10 CRM Strategy

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - A modern retail company, Mitra10 and a Singapore-based technology company, Capillary Technologies has collaborated to launch the CRM program, which is for the first time used in the construction industry. Through this program, the two companies seek to change relationships with customers and instill loyalty to their brands to customers.
The range of solutions offered by Capillary Technologies is from communications channel by recording data offline and will record data online in the future.
"This solution will also make the approach more personal to provide rewards in accordance with the activities undertaken by customers," said I Gusti A I Putriari, General Manager of CRM from Mitra10.
with VisitorMetrix from Capillary, a technology-based footfall counter with Artificial Intelligence (AI) launched at the end of 2017, Mitra10 will be able to accurately analyze the number of customers who go into the store and the goods they buy.
It also allows Mitra10 to obtain in-store information early in making decisions and hence, enabling companies to hyper-personalize their campaigns and reach their customers effectively.
