INDUSTRY.co.id - JAKARTA - Recently launched e-money PayTren e-money managed Ustadz Yusuf Mansur through the flag of PT Veritra Sentosa International in Pondok Pesantren Daarul Quran, in Ketapang, Cipondoh, Tangerang, Friday (1/6/2018) has been sued. Though the launch event was attended by 11 Cabinet ministers as well as a ministerial level.
Is the Community Anti Ponzi (MAP) and Paguyuban Santri Nusantara (PSN) who suspect there are elements of money games in the sale of Paytren applications. Both communities urged the National Sharia Council (DSN) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) to review and revoke the Halal Certificate that has been given to Paytren. This was conveyed by Chairman of MAP Firmansyah and board of PSN Ustadz Asnawi Ridwan to Industry.co.id.
Before concluding the product of Paytren application claimed to have about 2 million business partners, MAP and PSN have done research and held a discussion and try tabayyun to the Paytren. And they found an indication of money game with elements of uncertainty and gambling in the paytren system.
For two years standing members of the Community Anti Ponzi (MAP) who joined in social media facebook group has reached 25 thousand people. "We often conduct discussions and analysis related to the practice of money games, including to Pandawa and Paytren. The result we believe Paytren problematic, "he said.
Firmansyah also stated, since 3 months ago many new Paytren partners realized to be victims because of the disappointment and feel deceived. "There are hundreds of people who claim to be victims of Paytren complained to us," he said.
Of the hundreds of complaints are then grouped according to the region that represents all of Indonesia, ranging from Java, Sulawesi, Bali, NTB, to Sumatra. "Since we are not legal practitioners, we appoint a team of lawyers led by Rahmat Siregar SH to help the victims of Paytren to claim their rights," said Firmansyah.
MAP considers Paytren to be a business with a pyramid scheme that would lead to injustice to its partners. "Perhaps that's the lightest conclusion from MAP in addition to the lure that is conveyed to its partners," explained Firmansyah.
In practice, continued Firmansyah, Paytren uses a binary business or two feet, meaning that everyone wants to buy the same product by participating in the business. Paytren sell applications with prices vary, ranging from Rp25 thousand, Rp350 thousand, and some even Rp10 million. MAP did not question the product for Rp25 thousand, they questioned the product above Rp350 thousand. "If you buy a worth of Rp 350 thousand then he can already market and have an up line. Every one up line, he gets a bonus of Rp75 thousand, this bonus system continues to apply to the line up under it in stages, "he said.
MAP firm Firmansyah, assess Paytren entered in the category of money game. "There will be injustice, because if at some point there is a saturation point, the bottom line will not get the same benefits and the same rights as those who took Paytren earlier," he said.
Many Paytren partners end up discontinuing the 'business', but they do not question the loss. "Moreover, one of his lure is to become a partner of Paytren while alms. Paytren claims their business is in accordance with Islamic law, while there are still many who question the validity of halal certificates obtained from MUI, "Firmanysah explained. (AMZ)
