Search for Evidences, Police Criminal Investigation Search Office First Travel

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Investigator of the Directorate General of Crime Crime Police ransacked the office of umrah worship service of PT First Anugerah Karya Wisata, located at Green Tower GKM, Jalan TB Simatupang, Kavling 896, South Jakarta, on Thursday (10/8/2017) night.

The search is an investigation effort in the case of alleged fraud and embezzlement of the payment of tens of thousands of pilgrims pilgrims who made couples head of PT First Anugerah Karya Wisata Or First Travel.
"We are going to search again in Depok (West Java) as well as in other areas," said Brigadier General Herry Rudolf, to the media crew.
Pasutri who became the suspect in this case is Andika Surachman as President Director of PT First Anugerah Karya Wisata and Anniesa Desvitasari Hasibuan as Director of PT First Anugerah Karya Wisata. Both have been detained at the Bareskrim Rutan in Polda Metro Jaya.
According to Brigadier General Herry Rudolf Nahak, the case was revealed thanks to 13 First Travel agents reporting to the police.
PT First Anugerah Karya Wisata or First Travel offers a number of umrah packages through its agents at low prices to prospective pilgrims.
Package 1 or so called umrah promo package is marketed for Rp14, 3 million per pilgrim. Regular package is offered for Rp25 million. While the VIP package at a price of Rp54 million.
"The public interest is quite large and even the perpetrators had recruited agents who were in charge of recruiting pilgrims," he said.
From the results of the investigation, said Herry, the perpetrator has recruited 1000 agents who 500 agents of whom are agents who are actively looking for pilgrims.
In addition, it was revealed that there are at least 70 thousand prospective pilgrims who have paid the cost umroh.Namun only 35 thousand pilgrims who can depart.
"The rest cannot leave for various reasons," he said.
It estimates the losses suffered by pilgrims on this case reached Rp550 billion.
For their actions, the two suspects were charged with Article 55 Juncto Article 378, 372 of the Criminal Code and Law Number 19 Year 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions.
