BTN Cooperates with Four Companies to Increase KPR Distribution

The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation Agreement with the four companies was conducted on the sidelines of the opening of the annual exhibition of property exhibition, Indonesia Property Expo (IPEX) 2017, at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Jakarta, Friday (11/8/2017

President Director of BTN Maryono said that the partnership is one of the steps of the company to support the success of the One Million House Program because through the cooperation, Pindad, Pupuk Indonesia, Lion Air and Patrajasa employees can obtain housing financing from Bank BTN both sharia scheme (KPR BTN iB ) Or conventional.

"In addition to providing housing financing facilities, this partnership also aims to utilize the services of funds and other banking services owned by Bank BTN.At least, we are aiming to have 4,600 employees from four companies that can enjoy banking services, especially KPR BTN," said Maryono.

Potential employees consist of Pindad employees as much as 700 people, 1,600 Indonesian Fertilizer, Lion as many as 1,500 people, and Patrajasa as many as 800 people. With the potential employees of the four entities, said Maryono, at least there will be a potential new mortgage of about Rp1, 03 trillion.

For IPEX 2017 alone, will take place from August 11 until August 20, 2017. Bank BTN offers several facilities, for non-subsidized KPR, the company offers mortgage interest of 5 percent fixed 1 year and 6.5 percent fixed 3 years, DP starting from 5 percent, one hour approval, and discount up to 20 percent for premium life insurance.

In IPEX 2017 also offered Bundling mortgage facility for motor vehicle and furniture for home contents and other attractive promo programs. Bank BTN also provides a 50 percent administrative fee discount, 5 percent interest during the credit period, and down payment (1 percent) down payment for Subsidiary KPR program.

It is estimated there will be 300,000 visitors dlam event that lasted for 10 days. IPEX 2017 does not only show the developers, but also the building material company. The plan will be 300 small, medium and large developers who follow this event.
