INDUSTRY.co.id - Makassar - Social Minister Idrus Marham is scheduled to visit West Nusa Tenggara to review the quake-affected areas and provide assistance to the victims.

"Tomorrow morning I will go there, we will give aid to the heirs of the dead victims," ​​said Idrus Marham after attending the 2018 Asian Games torch relay in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Sunday (29/7).

For the first phase, the government will provide assistance of Rp15 million to the heirs of the earthquake victims who died, Idrus said.

The government will also distribute aid such as tents and food to earthquake victims in NTB, Idrus said.

Meanwhile, the number of victims of the 6.4 magnitude earthquake in Lombok, NTB, Sunday morning, to 14 people died and 162 injured.

Head of Information and Public Relations Data Center of National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Sutopo Purwo Nugroho in his message in Jakarta on Sunday said the worst impact of the earthquake was in East Lombok regency.
