Holcim Indonesia Raise a New Commissioner

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, Thursday (08/23/2018) at the Sheraton Hotel, Gandaria, the shareholders of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk agreed to the appointment of Rajani Kesari as the company's new Board of Commissioners.

Rajani Kesari replaces Daniel Bach, who has resigned as a member of the Board of Commissioners to take the challenge outside the LafargeHolcim Group.

Rajani Kesari has experience and competency that is qualified, especially in finance and has worked in several countries in various parts of the world.

At LafargeHolcim Group, Rajani has served as Region Finance Head of Asia, which manages finance in India, Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

The company will benefit from its various experiences and the Board of Commissioners for the better development of Holcim Indonesia.
