INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - BNI Syariah together with Hasanah Titik Foundation distributes sacrificial animals to poor and underprivileged people throughout Indonesia.
In 2018, all BNI Syariah employees distributed 229 head of cattle and 483 goats and increased from 2017 as many as 129 head of cattle and 451 goats.
"Alhamdulillah, every year BNI Syariah carries out Hasanah Qurban Party activities in 68 branches throughout Indonesia," said President Director Abdullah Firman Wibowo in Central Java, Saturday (08/25/2018).
In this Hasanah Sacrifice Party activity, BNI Syariah Directors were also present including the President Director, Abdullah Firman Wibowo at the sacrificial animal distribution event of the Central Java Grand Mosque Management Board (MAJT DPP) which was attended by the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo.
Business Director, Dhias Widhiyati who was present at the handover of qurban animals in Yogyakarta area, Director of Compliance and Risk, Tribuana Tunggadewi in Makkasar, SEVP Retail and Network Business, Iwan Abdi in Kediri and SEVP Finance & Operations, Wahyu Avianto in Tanjung Karang.
The Board of Directors participated in witnessing the excitement of cooking competitions with orphans and poor people and the distribution of basic needs packages for people in need. Unlike the previous year, this year Hasanah Qurban Party was also held in 8 of the outermost locations in Indonesia, namely Penyalahadi Hulu Village - West Kalimantan, Airmas Island - Batam, Kudu Village - North Maluku, Ubung Village - Namlea Buru Island, South Konawe - Southeast Sulawesi, Semau Island - East Nusa Tenggara, Singkawang - West Kalimantan and Beha Village - North Sulawesi.
Hasanah Qurban Party activities are a means to thank and thank BNI Syariah for the community who continue to support the existence of BNI Syariah so far. Through this momentum we also invite the public to prepare for the pilgrimage planning from an early age in accordance with sharia principles, said BNI Syariah President Director Abdullah Firman Wibowo.
