INDUSTRY.co.id - Medan - Property businesses, especially apartments in Jakarta, are still promising with buyers from regions such as Medan and Gamaland developers utilizing that potential.
"Property buyers, especially apartments from Medan, are still very high potential and remain the target of developers including Gamaland," said Senior GM Sales and Marketing Arandra, "Joy D Lango in Medan on Tuesday.
Seeing the potential of large buyers in Medan, Gamaland held "Arandra Exclusive Gathering" to explain Arandra's apartment which was attended by hundreds of prospective buyers.
According to Joe, of the 236 apartment units currently under construction at Aranda Apartment 1 tower, there were already 20 buyers from Medan.
"The buyer from Medan bought various types with a selling price of Rp1 billion to Rp7.4 billion," he said.
The target is the number of buyers from Medan can be at least 50 units.
The company itself targets to complete construction and key handover with buyers in 2019.
"Construction of tower 1 is currently 60 percent and if completed, it will proceed to other tower projects. The company targets five towers to be built," he said.
He stressed, the high interest of buyers in the Gamaland project because the company also runs a system of building first, then selling.
Management also prepares good and unique facilities such as the beach on the 8th floor with sea sand and the position of the elevator directly in front of the room.
"As an appreciation, the management also offers a low purchase down payment because it has already been subsidized by the company or it will only be five percent of the 15 percent," he said.
The partner bank Gamaland also offers attractive credit with an interest rate of only 5.88 percent for three years for buyers.
Gamaland's Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Gunawan emphasized that Gamaland always safeguards consumer confidence, especially in the matter of clarity of property land status.
"Consumers really have to be careful because there are also many apartments that are sold with HPL (Land Management Rights) land status. Even if there is an HGB, but it is above HPL and it is detrimental to consumers, "he said.
Jonathan said, apartment business in Indonesia is increasingly promising, especially in Jakarta.
"The lifestyle of 'now' makes the apartment increasingly attractive and Gamaland glances at the opportunity," he said.
Arandra Cempaka Putih Apartment itself is considered very promising for buyers because besides being close to various strategic and vital locations including universities, it will also have many facilities, including a super market.
