National Awakening Day: Let’s Rise to Realize an Advanced Indonesia, Cabinet Secretary Says

INDUSTRY co.id - Commemoration of the National Awakening Day is a momentum to commemorate the awakening of nationalism spirit amid Indonesia’s diversity, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung has said.
“The national awakening day is a moment to commemorate the rise of nationalism spirit, the struggle against colonialism, and at the same time to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people,” Pramono said on Thursday (20/05).
The Cabinet Secretary said that diversity on religions, ethnicities, customs, cultures, and languages is the advantage for the Indonesian people and also unites Indonesia as a nation.
Pramono expressed hope that the national Awakening Day commemoration amid the pandemic can boost the spirit of national unity in fighting the pandemic and rebuild the economy.
“Happy National Awakening Day. Let’s overcome all adversities and shortcomings to become a victorious nation in the future. Let’s rise to realize an advanced Indonesia,” Pramono concluded.
