China Harbor Will Build an Apartment With Investment of US $ 1 Billion in Daan Mogot

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - China Communications Construction Group (CCCG) through its subsidiary PT China Harbor Jakarta Real Estate Development will build Daan Mogot City property project with an investment of US $ 1 billion or equivalent to Rp 13 trillion with the concept of an integrated region.

In the first phase, the investment that is disbursed around Rp 4 trillion is prioritized for the construction of eight towers on 4 hectares of land.

Marketing Manager Daan Mogot City Mario Jati Parayogo said, unlike other property projects, Daan Mogot City will have the concept of 60% of its land as green open space.

The company has appointed Colliers International Indonesia as building manager, Green Tower as lanscape master, and East China Architecture Design Institute as a designer of building design.

"Indonesia is a very potential country for the housing industry," said Mario in Jakarta, where only 8% of Jakarta residents have residential homes, therefore, property business opportunities in Indonesia, especially Jakarta, still have good prospects in the future, Sunday (08/20/2017).

According to him, the integrated area design results of local design of Indonesia will combine elements of China's culture and Indonesia's world-class.

"We are bringing something that has not been given by other people with the concept of health," said Mario.

In order to introduce the dwelling with the concept of health, it cooperates with Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI) held a Jakarta Kungfu Run 2017 at Ex Golf Drive Range Senayan.

The event, which was attended by 1,500 participants, is not only a regular 5-kilometer run, it also carries the theme of Chinese martial arts that also has goals for health, character formation and self-defense.

"So every participant there is a registration fee of Rp 20,000 collected for Rp 60 million, we will donate to YKAKI which will be distributed through YKAKI branch office so our theme is to fight cancer by running," he said.
