Acting Director of Semen Indonesia, Darmawan Junaidi Became the Board of Directors of Bank Mandiri

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk declared President Director of Cement Indonesia, Darmawan Junaidi has resigned from the board of directors of PT Semen Indonesia on August 21, 2017. Based on the RUPSLB PT Bank Mandiri, Tuesday (21/08/2017), Darmawan elected as directors Mandiri Bank.

"Based on the decision of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk EGM on August 21, 2017 where Darmawan Junaidi has been elected to the Board of Directors at Bank Mandiri since August 21, 2017," said Corporate Secretary of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk Agung Wiharto in the information disclosure BEI on Thursday 24/8/2017).

Based on the regulation of Minister of SOE Regulation no. PER-03 / MBU / 02/2015 on Requirements, Procedure of Appointment and Dismissal of BUMN Directors and Articles of Association of the Company, from which Darmawan has since resigned from the position of Indonesian Cement Board of Directors.
