Curator Did Not Find Another Asset PT Nyonya Meneer

INDUSTRY.co.id - Semarang - The curator of Bankruptcy case of PT Nyonya Meneer has not found any other assets of the herbal medicine company besides six buildings and the land that has been confiscated previously.

"The assets on behalf of the company are only those that have been confiscated yesterday," said the curator of bankruptcy case of PT Nyonya Meneer Ade Liansyah when contacted by media crews in Semarang, Saturday (26/8/2017)

According to Ade, the evidence of ownership of the asset is already in control of Bank Papua as collateral.

Regarding the value of the six assets that have been confiscated, he continued, Bank Papua who have done the assessment.

Previously, the bankruptcy curator of PT Nyonya Maneer has seized a number of assets in the form of land and building owned by herbal medicine companies are scattered in a number of areas.

"From the temporary verification, there are six assets that have been identified," said the bankruptcy curator PT Nyonya Maneer Wahyu Hidayat.

  The six assets in the form of land and buildings are scattered in a number of areas in Semarang and Semarang.

One of the assets that has been filed for public confiscation is the factory located in Kaligawe Street, Semarang City.

 According to him, the curator is still looking for other assets belonging to the herbal medicine company.
