INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PU PR) makes it easy for people to get housing finance assistance. This program is aimed at low income people (MBR). The maximum loan limit reaches Rp 50 million with a five-year tenor.
This was conveyed by Director of Financing of Housing Financing, Lana Winayanti in cooperation agreement of the Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing by building three financing institutions namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Kesejahteraan Ekonomi and Pegadaian on Monday (08/28/2017).
"For example, the first stage will take Rp 50 million for five years, and see how it progresses, if you want to take the second stage," he said
Meanwhile, while working in the informal sector, there is a maximum income required for people who want to join the program.
The determination of this income refers to data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS).
"Their income should be below Rp 2.5 million per month," said Director of Housing Financing System Rifaid M Nur.
In addition, communities are also expected to join the community on their respective jobs.
This is to facilitate the process of assistance in realizing the program.
The PUPR Ministry has partnered with Habitat for Humanity Foundation to provide this assistance.
"Terms of this financing is a bit long, because starting from coaching .. Maybe this will be very helpful in financing," said Lana.
