INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly, Zulkifli Hasan, invites young people against corrupt practices and money politics that significantly undermine democracy.

"There are many things that must be improved in democracy in Indonesia, I invite the young generation including Youth Al Wasliyah to care about fighting corruption," said Zulkifli Hasan when delivering the Four Pillars Socialization material in front of the ruling of PP Al Cantliya Youth Movement in Joang Building, Menteng , Jakarta, Saturday (09/30/2017)

According to Zulkifli Hasan, in the past two weeks, there have been four mayors and two bupati who were arrested by the KPK in a hand-catch operation (OTT) over alleged corruption.

Previously, he said, there are also governors affected by OTT by the KPK.

"If you want to be traced back there's more, what's really going on?" he said.

Chairman of the National Mandate Party (PAN) is assessing corruption behavior in Indonesia rampant because of the implementation of the values ​​of democracy Pancasila, where the highest sovereignty in the hands of the people.

"The issue of corrupt practices stems from the money that is the main basis for gaining power and position," he said.
