Police Chief Tito Karnavian Inaugurated as Professor of Police Science

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - National Police Chief Tito Karnavian confirmed as professor of Police Science Strategic Studies Counter Terrorism at the College of Police Science (STIK).

The inaugural event was held at Auditorium STIK, Jakarta, Thursday (26/10/2017)

Tito inaugural decision as a great teacher has been signed by Menristekdikti M Nasir through Decree No. 98 876 / A2.3 / KP / 2017 of 19 October 2017, Tito was officially hold the title of professor.

Head of Public Information Bureau of Police Brigadier General Rikwanto hopes that in the future Tito's thoughts can enrich the science of policing and can be applied to eradicate terrorism.

"Certainly to maintain kamtibmas, uphold the law, protection, shelter and service to the community," Rikwanto told the media crew.

A number of state officials who attended the inaugural National Police Chief Gen. Tito Karnavian as a professor of science policing strategic studies study counterterrorism STIK is Chairman of the House Setya Novanto, Vice Chairman of the House Fahri Hamzah and Agus Hermanto, Menkopolhukam Wiranto, Coordinating Minister for Maritime Luhut Panjaitan and The Minister of Higher M Nasir .

Some members of Parliament who were also present are Effendi Simbolon, Tifatul Sembiring, Abdul Kadir Karding, Nasir Djamil, Masinton Pasaribu, Risa Mariska, and Azis Syamsuddin.

While some of the police chiefs present were Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Tjondro Kirono, Papua Police Chief Inspector General Boy Rafli Amar, and North Sumatra Regional Police Chief Ir. Gen. Paulus Waterpauw.

A number of key officials Police Headquarters were present among the Assistant Chief of Police for Operations Inspector M Iriawan, Kakorlantas Royke Lumowa Inspector General, Inspector General of Police Kadivhubinter Saiful Maltha, Kabareskrim Ari Dono Sukmanto Police Commissioner General and Inspector General of Police Kadivpropam Martuani Sormin.
