CSR Capital Market Restores Education Facilities After Earthquake in Pidie Jaya

INDUSTRY.co.id - Meureudu, Pidie Jaya - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) together with the Indonesian Clearing Guarantee Corporation (KPEI) and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) in coordination with the Financial Service Authority (PJJ) Pidie Jaya construct the Teacher Building and Science Laboratory at the State Madrasah Aliyah ) 4 Pidie Jaya, Aceh.
This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity is carried out because MAN 4 Pidie Jaya Aceh is one of the schools damaged by the earthquake that hit the province of Naggroe Aceh Darussalam on December 7, 2016.
Chaeruddin Berlian, Director of Finance and Human Resources of BEI, said that the economic progress and development of the country cannot be separated from the improvement of the quality of education, especially the improvement of the quality of educational facilities and infrastructures.
"Therefore, education becomes the foundation of hope for improving the quality of human resources in a country," said Chaeruddin, in his speech when BEI held CSR in Meureudu Pidie Jaya, Aceh, Thursday (02/11/2017).
This ceremonial ceremony was officially opened by Said Mulyadi, Vice Regent of Pidie Jaya and attended by Chaeruddin Berlian, Director of Finance and Human Resources of BEI.
The aid is expected to bring positive impacts for the efforts to repair and rebuild public facilities after the earthquake disaster and especially sara learn to teach in the area.
CSR programs is conducted by the Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) that has been focused more on education. That is because of the belief that education is the main requirement for the development of the younger generation of the nation.
In Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province, the total sub-accounts of the capital market securities up to September 29, 2017 recorded 5,348 sub securities accounts of the total 723,095 sub securities account registered in KSEI. (Abraham Sihombing)
