PT Chubb General Insurance Indonesia secara resmi meluncurkan aplikasi layanan klaim inovatif telepon seluler di Indonesia bernama Chubb Mobile Assistance pada Senin (4/12) - Jakarta - PT Chubb General Insurance Indonesia officially launched the application of innovative mobile phone claims services in Indonesia called Chubb Mobile Assistance on Monday (4/12). This application provides a solution that makes it easy to quickly track motor vehicle insurance claims and accident and health (A & H) insurance for customers.

"I believe this mobile app will bring the best experience to customers and increase their satisfaction," said Chubb General Insurance Indonesia President Director Taikun Ly in a press release.

 This application development reinforces Chubb's commitment in delivering superior service as the key value offered to its customers. Chubb Mobile Assistance provides features such as policy information, including detailed information on policy terms and conditions, on-the-spot claim reporting that can be self-made by taking photos and filing claims through this application.

Then there is the latest claims and status of claims, Chubb Auto Assist emergency assistance, branch offices, partner workshops and partner hospitals as well as 24-hour interactive customer service via phone, written or chat messages and electronic mail or email.

He added that mobile apps play an increasingly important role in meeting customers' expectations. The Chubb Mobile Assistance application is a reliable and easy-to-use tool for customer interaction whenever and wherever.

The Chubb Mobile Assistance app can be downloaded through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
