INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PDI-P secretary general Hasto Kristiyanto said his party has received a letter of resignation called the return of mandate of Abdullah Azwar Anas as vice governor candidate of East Java.
"We have indeed received it," Hasto said after meeting with Megawati, at Jalan Teuku Umar, Menteng, Central Jakarta (Saturday, 6/1/2017).
But who substitute Azwar Anas to accompany Saifullah Yusuf (PKB stretcher) in elections in East Java 2018, has not been decided.
"We have not thought about and decided who will be the successor to Azwar Anas," Hasto said.
Hasto earlier revealed PDIP strongly condemned the black campaign addressed to Azwar Anas.
Azwar Anas officially proposed his resignation as cawagub East Java to the party bearer.
