TNI Absolute Neutral In Politics

INDUSTRY.co.id - Army Chief of Staff General Mulyono said the TNI is absolutely neutral in politics, although there is a candidate with a military background.

He said the role of the TNI in politics is clear that it must be neutral, and the institute has conducted socialization and supervision to the lowest level related to it.

According to him, TNI neutrality is absolute in the politics that should not be negotiable, so it issued rules and guidelines that must be obeyed every TNI soldier.

Therefore, he asked all parties not to worry about the neutrality of the TNI, although there are candidates for governors, regents and mayors with military background.

Meanwhile, related to his visit to the Mechanical Mechanist 741 he said, is a work program that is visiting union-unity that has never been visited.

When face to face with soldiers in the union, he said, in 2018 it reflects the programs in 2017 related to the success, improvement and what will be done this year.

"We have completed the program that has not been perfect yet this year, because in 2018 we will face greater challenges related to the evolving situation," he said.
