2017, Profit of Housing Development Grows 42.15%

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP) achieved profit of Rp1.45 trillion in 2017. It showed a growth of 42.15% compared to the previous year of Rp1.02 trillion. PTPP's 2017 profit is slightly above the consensus of analysts' projected earnings projection of 1.43 trillion in 2017.

"The company achieved a profit of Rp21, 50 trillion in 2017, an increase of 30.69% compared to the actual revenues in 2016 of Rp16, 45 trillion," said Tumiyana, President Director of PTPP, in Jakarta on Monday (12 / 03/2018).

Nevertheless, the incision of PTPP's earnings achievement in 2017 is still under the consensus of the projected analysis presented by analyst, yautu of Rp22.95 trillion. Nevertheless, PTPP net profit margin in 2017 looks up to 6.74% compared to the previous year at 6.2%.

Tumiyana said that PTPP management will maintain its financial ratio by maintaining net gearing and interest bearing levels. It aims, so that PTPP investment target worth between Rp20-30 trillion can be realized. (Abraham Sihombing)
