President Jokowi Ensure 2019 All Land in Bali is Certified

INDUSTRY.co.id - Denpasar- The Government is targeting 2019, all areas of land in Bali will already have certificates. This is the fastest, because other areas can be up until 2025, this year the government is targeting to distribute 200,000 certificates to land owners in Bali.

"In Indonesia there are 126 million plots of land that must be certified. Currently given only 46 million," said President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) when handed over 5,903 certificates for Bali Province, in Bajra Sandi Renon Square, South Denpasar, Denpasar, Bali, Friday (4/8/2017).

With the certificate, it is believed the President, will avoid any land dispute. There are currently thousands of disputes to be resolved. Therefore, the President advised those who have received the land certificate to maintain and maintain the certificate.

"I leave the first one, this certificate please look for plastics not damaged, both copied so that if lost easily handled again at BPN," said the President.

President Jokowi also reminded residents to use land certificates carefully, especially when used as collateral for bank loans.

"The first calculation of interest and principal, can this be repaid in installments? If this can’t, do not be forced, be careful not to get the certificate confiscated bank," the message of President Jokowi.

According to the President, the government is targeting the year 2017 could submit five million land certificates. Next year seven million, next year again nine million already distributed.
