INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Indonesian Real Estate Company Association (REI) in cooperation with Dyandra Promosindo for the second time again held REI Mega Expo which took place from 19-29 April 2018 at Hall C3, JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

The exhibition was followed by 25 developers with total products marketed to reach 100 property projects of various types and market segments.

Most interestingly, this year REI's largest and most magnificent property exhibition was held at the same time and location along with the most prestigious automotive exhibition in the country, Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2018. As is known, around 500 thousand visitors are targeted to attend IIMS 2018.

REI rate this event is one of the new breakthrough, where the automotive exhibition combined with the exhibition property especially home.

"Currently, both houses and cars are the two primary needs for the people in urban areas, so it is expected to occur synergy and complementarity. So consumers are spoiled for being present in one location, but can see two products at once ie automotive and property, "said Chairman of DPP REI, Soelaeman Soemawinata told reporters after the official opening of REI Mega Expo 2018 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Saturday (21/4/2018 ).

Various property products are exhibited at REI Mega Expo 2018, where the majority dominated residential products belong to REI members. The home marketed from various segments ranging from subsidized to non-subsidized housing with a price range from Rp 130 million to Rp 5 billion per unit.

Subsidized houses do get great attention from REI because along with the association's commitment as the front guard to build people's homes.

During the exhibition, the organizers have prepared a number of promos for consumers, among others, buy a house can be a car, low down payment of 1% -5%, low interest KPR / KPA ranging from 5%, KPR / KPA tenured up to 20 years, and instant approval from banking.

According to Eman, he is familiarly called, with marketing synergy through major exhibitions such as REI Mega Expo expected to help bridge developers and prospective buyers.

Since the beginning of this year many developers, especially members of REI are increasingly aggressively launched property products that show the property market began to rise again. But the market needs to continue to be encouraged, one of them by multiplying the exhibition property. The exhibition, he said, is powerful enough to get people to buy something.

"Our strategy will be to propagate and support the exhibition activities such as property, so that the echo is expected to drive the market spirit, especially the developers to continue to produce, and that is important to be a magnet to attract people to buy or invest property," said Eman who is also President of the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI) Asia Pacific.

He expects the growth of the property industry in the future will get better. The association is not too worried about the political year will hit the property business this year. Property business actors, he said, are used to facing the political year so it will not affect their expansion plans.

It is targeted that at least 50 thousand people will visit for 10 days of REI Mega Expo 2018, with transaction target estimated to reach Rp 5 trillion.
