INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Jababeka city development continues to be supported by high connectivity. In addition to having three access to the Jakarta Cikampek toll gate, this independent city will also be more strategic with the construction of the Jakarta KRL train station and double track.

That is why, Jababeka City is one of the areas that will develop the TOD concept as transportation in the center of the commercial area and its CBD.
No doubt the demand for high-rise residential in the Jababeka area is growing. Currently there are 2.5 million workers, 10,000 expatriates in Cikarang and surrounding areas are the largest market niche.
Plus the student market from President University which numbered 7,000 students, and many came from outside the Greater Jakarta area even from abroad, said President Director of PT PP Properti Jababeka Resident, Harris Amin Singgih.
As an affirmation, Kota Jababeka will soon be equipped with a famous shopping center, Aeon. The Japanese retail facility with an area of 25,000 m2 will be located in the Jababeka City CBD area.
