Mandiri Inhealth Cooperates with Lintasarta to Manage Health Services Administration

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth) cooperates with PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta (Lintasarta) as Third Party Administrator (TPA) to manage the administration and health services for Indemnity products owned by Mandiri Inhealth. The inauguration was held at the head office of Mandiri Inhealth located in Menara Palma, Jakarta, Friday (18/08/2017).

The signing of Cooperation Agreement (PKS) of TPA service is done by Mandiri Inhealth Director Iwan Pasila and President Director of Lintasarta Arya Damar. This cooperation is valid from 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2020.

Also attending this event was Director of IT Service Lintasarta Arya Narayana Soemali. Other Inhealth Mandiri Directors were also present at this event, Wahyu Handoko, Armendra and Eddy Alfian, and Head of Customer Services Anna Novy Handayani.

This cooperation is intended to provide more services for all Indemnity Mandiri Inhealth participants, totaling more than 160,000 participants.

"We expect synergy with Lintasarta to help us develop digital-based services, so that our output can improve better service for participants, especially Indemnity participants. We hope Lintasarta can provide optimal support for all Indemnity Mandiri Inhealth participants," said Iwan.

Mandiri Inhealth has a complete and widespread network of providers throughout Indonesia and Lintasarta has the advantage of communication technology. This is an innovative synergy because it can provide more value for the quality of service Mandiri Inhealth participants.

With the advantages of communication technology participants can easily access all services related to membership benefits. Starting from the information benefits of health services (doctors and hospitals), call center services and after recovery service.

It is expected that this cooperation can provide positive added value for all participants in maintaining employee productivity and performance portfolio of Business Entity.

As of the end of July 2017 there were more than 1150 Business Entities, both state-owned enterprises and private enterprises and 1.4 million participants who had secured health and life insurance products from Mandiri Inhealth.
