INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Vice Chairman of Commission I of TB Hasanuddin assessed that the purchase of 500 weapons by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) is in accordance with the rules and valid because it uses the funds from the State Budget (APBN).

"It is legitimate according to the state budget so it is 'clear' and does not need to be polemicized," said TB Hasanuddin at Nusantara II Building, Jakarta, Monday (9/25/2017)

He said the House of Representatives could not enter the realm of unit three in discussing budget issues in an agency such as in BIN.

Because, according to him, according to the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) mentioned that the authority of the House of Representatives in the discussion of the budget of an institution only up to two units.

"So there is only equipment listed," he said.

PDI Perjuangan politicians assess the purchase of weapons by the BIN for the training of candidates for BIN members.
