INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has asked PT Talk Fusion Indonesia to immediately stop all sales activities because the product does not have a business license.
The new company has a permit of the principle of Foreign Capital Investment (PMA) with non-store retail business, kiosk, street vendors and other market stalls through direct sales scheme through direct selling / multilevel marketing.
BKPM Azhar Lubis, Deputy for Investment Implementation Control of BKPM Azhar Lubis stated in written statement in Jakarta, Friday (6/10/2017) said that the principle permit is an initial agreement from the government for investors to invest in Indonesia.
"They only have a Foreign Investment Principle License No. 1399/1 / IP / PMA / 2017 dated April 7, 2017 but in order to start the implementation of production / operation activities, the investment company must have a business license," he said.
According to Azhar, to date, PT Talk Fusion Indonesia does not have a Business License / License of Direct Sales Enterprises (SIUPL).
Thus, the Florida-based company, the United States cannot perform commercial production activities in the form of product sales in Indonesia to obtain business licenses such as SIUPL.
"It turns out they have done various business activities without business permit," he explained.
Therefore, Azhar reminded people to be more careful about the product offerings from companies that do not have business license from the relevant ministries / institutions.
"People should be more careful about the mechanisms of this investment lure, if in doubt should not join the company," he concluded.
