The KPK has named the Chief Justice of High Court (PT) Manado Sudiwardono and a member of Commission XI DPR RI from Golkar Party Faction Aditya Anugrah Moha as a suspect related to the case.
"We have not yet found out whether there is any togetherness between Pak Sudiwardono and others, not yet there," said Basaria at KPK building, Jakarta, Monday (9/10/2017)
Related to the case, Basaria stated that the new KPK found an effort to influence the appeal decision in the case of Aditya's mother, Marlina Mona Siahaan as Bolaang Mongondow Regent 2001-2006 and 2006-2015 period.
"What is certain about KPK findings is that a child is trying to get his mother out of corruption with all sorts of efforts, which we found," Basaria told media crews.
He also stated that for now the institution has not found any indication of involvement of other judges related to Sudiwardono case.
"If for now not yet, new development today but we will see if all the teams involved or not but certainly receive one person with the giver is still one person," said Basaria.
