Attorney General Instruct Tightens Satgasus P3TPK

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Attorney General HM Prasetyo admitted that he has instructed to strengthen the ranks of the Special Task Force on Corruption Case Handling and Settlement (Satgassus P3TPK) even though the Police Corruption Special Forces will be formed.

"When the Densus is formed and they work our response, so I instruct to strengthen the P3TPK Satgassus in Kejari and Kejati level areas so that it will be more synergy." He also hinted at reluctant to send the public prosecutor (Prosecutor) to the Police Corruption Densus given the absence of legislation that regulates it.

Related to the statement of the police asking for the Public Prosecutor in the Police Corruption Special Detachment related to the frequent case files that back and forth, he said, it returned the file to the police because it has not completed the formal requirements and material.

"Here is the jurist here, saying that it must be refunded because it is not a complete requirement and material, it does not mean that we deliberately turn things around, there is none, the sooner the better our costs are limited so there is certainty," he said.
