INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- the Golkar Party DPP believes that the Provincial and Regency / City DPRDs need to be actively involved in the Planning and Development Deliberation (Musrenbang) because it is the institution that carries the aspirations of the people.
"We ask the government to actively involve the DPRD in Musrenbang," said Chairman of the Legislative, Executive and Political Institution of Golkar DPP, Yahya Zaini, in his written statement in Jakarta on Saturday (2/12/2017)
It was said in the Golkar Party Legislative National Workshop 2017, in Jakarta, Saturday.
Yahya explained the reason why DPRD should be involved in Musrenbang because the first DPRD is an element of local government.
Secondly, according to him, DPRD is a carrier of aspirations and interests of the people so it is expected to bring the voice of the community in the preparation of development planning.
"Thirdly, if the DPRD is involved from the beginning in the planning of the development budget will facilitate the supervision," he said.
In the 2017 Legislative National Workshop of Golkar Party, Deputy for Development Funding of Bappenas of the Republic of Indonesia, Kennedy Simanjuntak said Musrenbang has a big influence on the initial planning of budgeting.
He considered the problem was the planning data from Musrenbang so much that it could not be read and the data was too much and unrealistic right now.
"It is expected that in the future synergy between central and local governments will be required in the planning, synchronization can be done by sharing data regulated by government regulations in RKP and RKB," he said.
He considers that the important thing is how to connect it to organize the planning and now the process of strengthening the synergy we do through PP 17 of 2017 on Synchronization of National Development Planning and Budgeting Process so that all parties can be accommodated in the planning process.
Meanwhile, related to the role of provincial and district / city DPRD members in Musrenbang, so far it has not been well regulated.
"Formally in Musrenbang the legislative has been involved, but the role is still very limited," he said. (Ant)
