INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, After being issued a List of People Search (DPO) Number: DPO / 01 / VIII / 2017 / Tipidkor dated August 23, 2017, suspect corruption cases of land sales PT Pertamina Gathot Harsono finally surrendered to investigators on Wednesday (21/2/2018) .

Gatot, who served as Senior Vice President of PT Pertamina, sold 1,088 square meters of land in the area of ​​Simprug, South Jakarta in 2011. The sale of this land is considered unconstitutional and violates the laws and regulations.

Gathot was named as a suspect on June 15, 2017 after the title of the case. Since July 19, 2017, Gathot was also banned from going abroad.

On January 9, 2018, the prohibition issued by the Immigration Directorate was extended until July 2018. The Gathot case has been declared complete since November 10, 2017.

As a result of unlawful acts and abuse of the authority of the suspect resulted in state losses, based on investigative investigation results in the calculation of state losses in the case, the amount of the State Treasury Deficit of PT Pertamina (Persero) was Rp40.940.208.900,00.

Gathot is charged with Article 2 paragraph (1) and or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Act No. 20 of 2001 juncto Article 55 paragraph (1) to-1 or Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
