On January 9, 2018, the prohibition issued by the Immigration Directorate was extended until July 2018. The Gathot case has been declared complete since November 10, 2017.

As a result of unlawful acts and abuse of the authority of the suspect resulted in state losses, based on investigative investigation results in the calculation of state losses in the case, the amount of the State Treasury Deficit of PT Pertamina (Persero) was Rp40.940.208.900,00.
