HTI Hopes to Judge to Grant Lawsuit Letter of Dissolution from Kemenkumham

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta -Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) is suing the decree of Kemenhum HAM which dissolves organizations that consistently preach about the importance of khilafah. The lawsuit has been filed to the State Administrative Court (Administrative Court), its decision May 7, 2018.

Ustad Rohmat S Labib, Chairman of Hizbutahrir Indonesia, said the judges who will decide the lawsuit can grant what is expected.

"Judge just read the letter Kemenhum Human Rights, there must be a decision baseball cannot dissolve HTI, because Kemenhum Human Rights dissolved based on Perpu and baseball give reasons to dissolve it," he said in Jakarta, Friday (4/5/2018).

According to the respected leaders in this HTI, regretted the Perpu Ormas that can dissolve the organizations without being called and give the right of reply.

With the dissolution of this HTI, continued Ustad Rohmat, there is no more justice. So the Judge is expected to grant the administrative suit.

"If the judge is honest, just read the letter of Kemenhumham which is not mentioned the violation of the article, the judge can cancel this letter (Kemenhum HAM) .The period of khilafah prejudice is supposedly change ideology. What is the wisdom that only preach khilafah, dissolved? Should musyawarah, "he said.
