Pertamina Guarantee Supply and Distribution of LPG Safe During Ramadhan

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Pertamina (Persero) affirmed that it guarantees the availability and distribution of Liquified Petroleum Gas or LPG during Ramadan safely.

"People do not have to worry about the supply and distribution of LPG during Ramadan. We already maintain the availability of LPG during Ramadan from the usual 12 days to 19 days, "said External Communication Pertamina Arya Dwi Paramita in Depot LPG Plumpang, Jakarta, on Friday (25/05/2018).

Arya revealed, LPG has a unique sales trend when compared to the sale of fuel oil. "If the fuel sales increase at the time of going home and back and forth, LPG will sale on the contrary will increase at the beginning of Ramadan and Lebaran," said Arya.

He urged the public to be able not to use 3 kg of subsidized LPG tube. "For our capable community we have provided various variants of non-subsidized LPG, ranging from Bright Gas 5.5 kg, Bright Gas 12 kg, and LPG blue 12 kg," he explained.

Arya asserted, during Ramadan and Idul Fitri 2018, LPG price did not increase. "LPG price is still no sign of increase, so people once again need not worry," said Arya.
