INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, in expanding the reach of product distribution, Adira Insurance collaborates with BOSBIS to provide protection to customers who want to travel by bus.

This collaborative project is fully supported by the Ministry of Transportation along with Organda.

Julian Noor, Chief Executive Officer of Adira Insurance, said his pride can be involved in a collaborative project initiated by the Ministry of Transportation, Organda and BOSBIS.

"Because we can provide more protection to customers, especially bus passengers who use Bosbis website or application in bus ticket booking," he said.

The collaboration project undertaken is in the form of e-ticketing from BOSBIS where passengers will receive Direct Insurance Personal Accident Insurance from Adira Insurance.

Not only that, with this insurance passengers get the guarantee of discomfort during the trip due to accidents, buses fire, and natural disasters such as floods, landslides, earthquakes, and volcanoes erupted.

For customers who want to enjoy this protection, it can be accessed through BOSBIS website and application when booking bus ticket.

Not only that, ticket purchases can also be obtained directly in some pilot terminal through vending machine ticketing.

"Comfort and convenience for customers is the main thing for us," said Julian.

Therefore, it also provides Call Center services to provide the best service claims to customers.

And according to him, this is a form of strategic partnership between BOSBIS and Adira Insurance.

"Later customers can more easily purchase insurance to cover the trip from anywhere and anytime, and do not have to bother going to the terminal and queue at the counter," Julian said.
